(hereinafter referred to as the “controller”) processes personal data in the following cases:
- for the purposes of conducting administrative proceedings, performing inspections, and other exercises of public authority to the extent specified by law (e.g., Act No. 93/2009 Coll., on Auditors and on Amendments to Certain Acts, Act No. 500/2004 Coll., the Administrative Procedure Code, and Act No. 255/2012 Coll., on Inspection). We process the identification data of parties to proceedings and other affected persons, as well as any other data required by law. In addition to the controller, the recipients of this personal data may include the Chamber of Auditors, courts, and other state administrative bodies.
- for the purposes of selection procedures pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, and for the performance of contractual relationships. We process, in particular, the contact and identification data of potential contracting parties and their representatives, as well as data regarding their qualifications. We process this data to the extent necessary for the performance or conclusion of a contract, or for the fulfillment of legal obligations under applicable laws and regulations in the areas of accounting and taxation. In the event of the conclusion of a contractual relationship, in addition to the controller, the recipient of this data is a third party that provides accounting services to the controller.
The retention period for personal data is determined based on the purpose of processing and is governed by applicable regulations.
The data subject is entitled to enforce the rights regarding the protection of personal data against the controller to the extent provided by applicable laws, in particular the right of access to personal data, the right to correction or restriction of processing, and the right to make an objection. The data subject is entitled to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing of personal data has violated applicable laws.
