Election of the President of the Public Audit Oversight Board

In accordance with Act No. 93/2009 Coll., on Auditors, and following consultation with the Czech National Bank, the Minister of Finance, Ing. Zbyněk Stanjura, reappointed prof. JUDr. Marie Karfíková, CSc., and prof. Ing. Petr Musílek, Ph.D., as members of the Presidium of the Public Audit Oversight Board (hereinafter referred to as the "Board") for a six-year term of office.

Pursuant to Section 39(3) and (6) of Act No. 93/2009 Coll., on Auditors and on amendments to certain acts, Ing. Pavel Racocha, MIA, was elected President of the Board at the Presidium meeting held on 3 September 2025 at the Board's headquarters.
